Shipping policy

We will process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will receive an automated order acknowledgement email once the order has been placed via the website. 

All products are manufactured and stored in the UK.  Unless the item is out of stock, we aim to deliver your order within 2- 3 days.  

We will send you an order confirmation and advise when your order will be despatched. 

Important Delivery Information

Upon receipt of your order check the package appears to be in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery, then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

Please retain all original packaging until you are sure you wish to keep the product.  Should you need to return any items, please re-pack with care using the original packaging.  Failure to do so may affect your ability to return the product; as we will be unable to sell it again, if not in its original packaging / condition.

Any delivery discrepancies, for example, products that are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, must be notified to us in writing to info@cableboss.co.uk within 1-3 days of the delivery of the goods in question.  The sooner you contact us, the quicker we can resolve any issues.  Failure to follow our returns policy may affect any liability to you.
